摘要
为探讨人工补碘后引起的甲状腺疾病发生率与构成比的改变,回顾34年间手术切除的甲状腺标本6000例,并对部分标本采用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测细胞核DNA含量及倍体分型。结果:甲状腺癌由31%升至1610%,其中乳头状癌所占比例以每10年增加5%的速度由425%增至5860%;女性甲状腺癌的发病年龄明显年轻化。FCM发现:甲状腺良性疾病异倍体率高达15%~18%。由此推测,在长期补碘的缺碘地区,缺碘性甲状腺肿存在恶变问题,可能成为该地区甲状腺癌的主要原因之一。
