摘要
采用紫外线、氯化锂复合诱变纳豆菌NK-8,筛选出一株具有较高抑菌活性的突变株NK-8-1。该菌株产抑菌物质最佳碳源为葡萄糖,最佳氮源为胰蛋白胨,Mg2+对该菌株产抑菌物质具有促进作用。通过培养条件优化,菌株NK-8-1抑菌活性较出发菌株提高了42.1%。
The composite mutation of Bacillus natto NK-8 was studied by UV ray and lithium chloride, a mutant strain NK-8-1 with high antibacterial activity was screened.The optimal carbon source and nitrogen source of the NK-8-1 producing antibacterial substance were glucose and tryptone respectively,and Mg^2+ could activate the strain producing antibacterial substance.Compare with NK-8, the antibacterial activity of the strain NK-8-1 was increased 42.1% by optimizing culture conditions.
