摘要 目的探讨低分子量肝素(LMWH)对移植静脉内膜增殖的影响。方法将大鼠自体颈静脉内侧支移植于髂总动脉,应用LMWH(60U/kg)日一次皮下注射一个月。应用病理形态学及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)免疫组织化学,通过计算机图像定量分析,观察其对移植静脉内膜平滑肌细胞增殖的影响。结果 LMWH治疗组和空白对照组移植静脉段内膜增厚程度、PCNA阳性细胞数无显著性差异,LMWH组靠近远端吻合口处动脉增生程度低于对照组。结论 LMWH对移植静脉无作用,对受损的动脉内膜增殖有抑制作用。 Objective Transplanting the autologous internal jugular vein to lilac artery by end to end bypass in rats to assess the effect of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) on intimal hyperplasia of vein graft. Methods The treated animals were given 60 U/kg of subcutaneous LMWH daily for 1 month. The grafts were harvested for analysis of intimal hyperplasia with pathological morphology and PCNA immunohistochemistry. The intimal hyperplasia was measured with a computerized image analysis sys-tem. Results No difference was found in the degree of intimal hyperplasia and the number of PCNA positive cells between the the treated group and the control group. A statistical reduction in the degree of intimal hyperplasia in the arterial component of the distal .anastomosis of the vein grafts was achieved in the treated group (P<0. 05). Conclusion LMWH can inhibit the development of intimal hyperplasia in the affected artery, but has no effect on intimal hyperplasia in the vein grafts.
