摘要
涉外工程项目远离祖国,施工可变因素多,往往具有语言障碍、文化差异、技术标准差异、安全环保限制、资金紧张、材料短缺、劳务管理等等国内难以想象的困难。通过对以色列一涉外工程项目在实施中所遇到的教训,介绍了涉外工程的管理形式、特点和与国内管理的区别,为承揽涉外同类工程项目有极好的借鉴意义。
Overseas projects are normally located far away from the homeland and have more changeable factors during construetion, which often encounter difficulties unimaginable at home like language barriers, cultural differences, different technical standards, stringent safety and environmental protection requirements, financial strains, materials shortage and labor management. Through the lessons drawn from a project executed in Israel, the paper introduces the way and features that an overseas project is managed and the difference of managerial patterns between overseas and domestic projects, which may provide extremely good references for similar projects.
