摘要 基于滚筒法成膜过程中各因素之间存在一定的交互关系,采取二次回归正交组合设计法设计试验,利用综合评分法、惩罚函数法等优化方法,通过计算机处理试验数据,建立回归方程,最终得出试验指标较佳的工艺参数组合。通过研究,掌握滚筒法生产水溶膜过程中的干燥规律,初步得出滚筒法成膜的干燥理论,对水溶膜生产设备的进一步改进设计提供了理论依据,具有一定的现实意义。 The technological parameters of making film by drum casting were coupled. So the quadric regression orthogonal combination was adopted to design the experiment. Dealing the data with computer which were derived in the experiment, the regression equation was established with optimized methods such as comprehensive evaluation, penalty function method, and then the optimized and combined technological parameters were obtained ultimately. The drum drying disciplines and coarse theories in the process of making the film were obtained through the study,wbich bad theoretical and practical guidance in im- proving the equipments of making PVA water soluble film.
