摘要
为通过管理措施使停车量在各停车场合理分配,建立了区域停车的停车量分配优化模型.模型以总行程时间(包括行车时间和步行时间)最少为目标函数,考虑了OD(起终点)约束及各停车场周转量约束.给出了模型的求解算法.通过仿真示例说明了模型的应用.
A bi-level programming optimization model for parking assignment was derived to optimize distribution of vehicles among parking lots in a local area through management rather than random decisions by drivers. In the model, the objective is to minimize the total travel time of the drivers, including driving time and walking time, and the model is subjected to 0D (origin-destination) restriction and parking turnover restriction. A solution algorithm for the model was presented. A simulation case was demonstrated to show the application of the model and the algorithm.
