摘要
介绍了采用二级改良CLAUS制硫工艺的100×2kt/a硫磺回收装置的工艺流程和主要操作参数,以及主要设备选型,分析了该装置的设计特点,认为该装置无论在适应性、硫回收率、能耗指标控制系统,以及建设投资方面都达到了较高水平。
The process flow and main operating parameters as well as selection of main equipment for the 100×2 kt/a sulfur recover unit using secondary modified CLAUS sulfur preparation process are outlined,the design features of the plant are analyzed,and it is concluded that this plant is at a high level in terms of adaptability,sulfur recovery rate,energy indicator control system,and capital cost.
