摘要
昆钢2×120万t/a链篦机——回转窑氧化球团投产后,生产中回转窑结圈现象频发,制约了球团矿生产水平的提高,通过分析结圈物、原燃料条件及工艺过程控制参数找出了结圈的原因,通过设备的改造和工艺的完善,延缓了回转窑结圈周期,提高了生产效率。
After 2 ×120 ten thousand t/a chain grate (rotary oxide pellets) being put into operation, rotary kiln ring-forming phenomenon in production occurred frequently, which constrained the improve- ment of pellet production. Causes for ring formation were found out through analysis of ring material, con- ditions of the original fuel and process control parameters. With equipment transformation and process perfection, rotary ring circle was delayed and productivity was improved.
