摘要
教学翻译与翻译教学是两个容易让人混淆的概念,而大学公共英语教学中所涉及到的有关翻译方面的教学应该属于教学翻译的范畴。学生们普遍认为翻译能力的培养对于公共英语的教学来说是非常重要的,他们也迫切需要加强这方面的学习和实践,但目前的教学翻译状况却无法满足学生们的渴求。就教学翻译在大学公共英语精读课和听说课上如何开展这一问题进行了一番探索。
Teaching translation and translation teaching are two different concepts, which confuse people easily. Our teaching practices concerning translation actually fall into the category of teaching translation. Most non-English majors believe it is important to improve the translation ability and necessary to enhance translation learning and practice. But the teaching situation can＇t satisfy them nowadays. Therefore, some measures employed in intensive reading classes and audio-lingual classes are proposed to develop the teaching translation in college English class.
