摘要
速冻食品生产线多为传统的继电器控制，易发生故障。本文介绍采用日本富士电机公司ＮＢ２－Ｐ５６Ｒ３－ＡＣ型ＰＬＣ的速冷食品生产线的硬件构成及软件流程。该生产线已于１９９６年向美国出口，目前系统运行正常。
The fast frozen food processing line is controlled with traditional relays and breaks down often. This article explains the hardware configuration and software flowchart of a fast frozen food processing line with Fuji's PLC of model NB2 P56R3 AC This processing line was exported to the United States in 1996,and has worked all right.
