摘要
农村公共产品的供给是社会主义新农村建设的物质基础,对我国农村经济与社会的发展有着重要影响。当前农村公共产品供给的各类主体都存在缺陷和不足,社会企业能很好地解决政府和市场在提供农村公共产品时存在的问题,弥补政府和市场在提供农村公共产品时的不足,从而成为新型的农村公共产品的供给主体。
The supply of rural public goods is the material base of the new village construction of socialism, and it has important effect on the development of our rural economy and society. There are defects and deficiency in the current suppliers of rural public goods, social enterprise can solve the problems commendably which are existing in the government and market supply of rural public goods, and make up the government＇s and the market＇s deficiency, so it become the new supplier of rural public goods.
