本文通过综述硒在人体内的代谢、硒的生理生化机制和功能、硒的毒性、硒与维生素E的协同作用以及硒在人体的营养价值,阐述硒营养对运动能力的影响.
This article summarized in the sides of the Selenium metabolism in the human body, the physical and Biochemical mechanism and function of Selenium nutrition, the toxicity of Selenium as well as the relation between VE and Selenium. It sufficiently confirmed the nutritional action of Selenium, and then revealed the effect of Selenium nutrition on the exercise ability.
