摘要
详细阐述了利用ADAMS宏命令建立起落架载荷仿真分析全机模型的原理和计算机自动建模的实现方法。首先介绍了ADAMS宏的创建及其参数化过程;然后讨论了全机仿真模型的模块化思想和建模中的文件系统,并着重分析了在模型装配过程中元件ID号冲突的解决方案;最后说明了全机模型的计算机自动化建模原理并开发软件实现了这一过程,通过软件的试用表明,此方法便于实现全机模型建立和修改的自动化,有利于提高起落架载荷分析和起落架结构设计的工作效率。
We present a new model-building technique modular modeling technique, by using ADAMS Macro. It is used to build the full aircraft simulation model needed for the analysis of landing gear ground load. Firstly, a ADAMS Macro is created, and its parameterized procedure is proposed. Secondly, the modules of a full aircraft and the corresponding file system for building the full aircraft model are discussed. A scheme for resolving element ID conflict is explained in detail. Finally, a software is written to build the full aircraft model. Simulation results show that the landing gear load simulation analysis and the landing gear structure design procedure can be simplified by the new modeling technique.
