摘要 为研究脱胶对大麻纤维吸声性能的影响,选用正交设计法对大麻打成麻进行碱煮脱胶工艺优化,分析了脱胶时间、浴比、NaOH用量、Na2SO3浓度和Na2SiO3浓度对大麻纤维降噪系数的影响.结果表明,NaOH10g/L,Na2SO3质量分数50%,Na2SiO3质量分数40%,浴比1∶60,在100℃条件下处理5h,大麻纤维的吸声性能最好. In order to study the sound absorption properties of hemp fiber, scutched hemps were degummed using the chemical reagents. The effects of degumming time, bath ration, the concentrations of NaOH, Na2SO3 and Na2SiO3 on the noise reduction coefficient were aslo analyzed by empolying orthogonal experimental design, respectively. The maximum noise reduction coefficient of hemp fibers was obtained when it was treated under the condition of NaOH 10g/L, Na2SO3 50%, Na2SiO3 40% and bath ration 1: 60, at the temperature of 100℃ for 5 hours.
