摘要
在平均水温27.0℃条件下,测得平均全长11.1cm、平均体重12.0g的巴沙鱼幼鱼的耗氧量为3.8926mg(/尾.h),耗氧率为0.3237mg(/g.h),窒息点为0.5297mg/L。巴沙鱼昼间耗氧率明显高于夜间耗氧率,其对低氧的耐受力较强。
The results obtained from experiments at 27.0 ℃ of average water temperature show that juvenile Basa , Pangzsius bocourti （ average total length and body weight are 11.1 cm and 12.0 g ） had oxygen consumption capacity of 3.8926 mg/（ind·h） , oxygen consumption rate of 0.3237 mg/（ind·h）, suffocation concentration of 0.5297 mg/L . The oxygen consumption rate of basa in the daytime was obviously higher than it at night. Basa had strong resistance to low oxygen level.
