摘要
本文简要介绍了中厚板热处理炉的分类及其炉型特点、热处理生产线配套设施、中厚板热处理线发展趋势。重点介绍了辊底式炉和步进梁式炉的优缺点、连续式热处理炉加热方式的选择、辐射管加热无氧化辊底式炉技术、辊压式淬火机及快速冷却装置的特点。
This paper introduces the classification and its characteristics of heat treatment furnace and supporting facilities and trend in development of the heat treatment production line for medium and heavy plate. It focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of roller hearth furnace and the walking beam furnace, and the choice of heating way of the continuous heat treatment furnace, and non - oxidation heating roller hearth furnace technology by radiation tube, and the peculiarity of roll-quenching machine and the characteristics of the rapid cooling device.
