多叶光栅静态调强技术对鼻咽癌放疗中危及器官受量的作用 被引量:7

摘要 在调强放疗(intensity—modulated radiotherapy,IMRT)计划的实施过程中,可以采用多叶光栅静态调强和多叶光栅动态调强两种模式。前者是将射野要求的强度分布进行分级,利用多叶光栅(muhileaf collimator,MLC)形成的多个子野进行分布照射,其特征是每个子野照射完毕后,照射切断,MLC调到另一个子野位置,再继续照射,直到所有子野照射完毕,
