摘要
介绍了结晶器振动的结构以及原理,对结晶器正弦振动和非正弦振动的特点进行比较。并根据某公司设计的可变偏移角结晶器非正弦振动技术方案,采用贝加莱工业控制器以及电动伺服的控制方式设计结晶器振动硬件控制系统,最后通过带负载进行实验测试,实验结果表明:该系统能够准确的实现结晶器的非正弦振动曲线,并可实时的根据拉速调整相应的振动频率以及振幅。
This paper introduces the structure and ptinciple of mold oscillation, compares the characteristics of sinusoidal oscillation and non-sinusoidal oscillation. The non-sinosoidal oscillation which has the deflective angle is designed by a cooperation and shown in this paper. The hardware of this system is composed by B&R controller and electric servo. The experiment is completed finally. The result of experiment has indicated that non-sinosoidal oscillation of mould can be realized correctly. And this system which can adjust the frequency of the non-sinosoidal oscillation as soon as possible when the motor speed has changed.
