湿法气化技术工艺喷嘴冷却结构优化设计

摘要 针对现役运行的湿法气化工艺喷嘴冷却效果差,使用周期短的缺点,对其结构形式进行了优化设计,将盘管冷却改为夹套冷却;分别从结构、阻力降、传热效率等方面对改造前后2种结构形式的喷嘴进行了计算、分析、对比和总结。 In allusion to shortages that the cooling effect was bad and the service period was short for the burner of presently running wet method gasification process, optimal design was made for its structure type, the coiled cooling was changed into jacket cooling; calculation, analysis, comparison and summarization were made for the two kinds of structure types from aspects of structure, pressure drop, heat transfer rate etc.
