摘要
介绍了双板振动沉模的基本原理和施工工艺。从连续性、完整性、均匀性和结合性4个方面分析了影响双板振动沉模防渗墙墙体质量的原因,提出了相应的控制措施:连续性控制措施、完整性控制措施、均匀性控制措施和结合性控制措施,形成了一套完整的技术质量控制体系。同时还介绍了适合双板振动沉模防渗墙质量检验的方法,包括外观检查、渗水试验和取样检测,通过对防渗墙进行全面检验,可及早发现工程隐患,便于采取进一步的补救措施。
The basic principle and construction technology of double-plate vibration sinking-mold are introduced. In order to improve the construction technique and the anti-seepage ability of the cutoff wall, a systemic analysis is carried out on various aspects concerning the quality of the vibration sinking double mold cutoff wall. Four factors affecting the cutoff wall quality are analyzed, including continuity, integrity, homogeneity and associativity. Corresponding effective control measures are put forward, including continuity control measures, integrity control measures, homogeneity control measures and associativity control measures. A quality control system is developed. Meanwhile, the quality test methods of the double-plate vibration sinking -mold cutoff wall are proposed, including visual examination, seepage testing and sample inspection. By comprehensive inspection, hidden engineering dangers can be discovered in advance, so that prevention measures can be adopted.
