摘要
研究了NaOH溶液浸泡亚麻纤维(FF)、添加马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃(MAH-g-PO)、2种方法相结合对聚丙烯(PP)/FF复合材料力学性能及微观结构的影响。结果表明,NaOH溶液浸泡FF后PP/FF复合材料的力学性能有所提高。相对分子质量较大且接枝率较高的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MAH-g-PP)增容效果较好;马来酸酐接枝三元乙丙橡胶(MAH-g-EPDM)和马来酸酐接枝乙烯辛烯共聚物(MAH-g-POE)对PP/FF复合材料起到增容和增韧的作用。NaOH溶液浸泡FF和添加MAH-g-PO相结合的PP/FF复合材料的力学性能好于单独采用一种方法的PP/FF复合材料的。
Influence of sodium hydroxide treatment of flaxfibers (FF), addition of maleated polyolefin(MAH-g-PO) and combination of the two methods on mechanical properties and microstructures of PP/FF composites was studied. The results show that mechanical properties of PP/FF composites are improved by sodium hydroxide treatment of FF. PP/FF has good compatibilization effect by addition of MAH-g-PP with relatively high relative molecular mass and high MAH-graft-ratio. MAH-g-EPDM and MAH-g-POE show both reinforcing and toughening effects. As a synergistic compatibilization effect of a combination of sodium hydroxide treatment and MAH-g-PO, mechanical properties of the PP/FF composites are better than those of composites treated by a single method.
