摘要
根据相关机构的统计数据,对2008年全球及国内风电发展的基本情况进行了分析。全球的风电继续保持快速发展的势头,2008年美国与中国是全球新增风电装机容量最多的2个国家,风电总装机容量分列全球第1和第4;风电装机进一步呈向风能资源丰富的地区集中的发展趋势,并且风电机组的单机容量继续增大,建议应对风电输送与消纳问题进行定量化的研究与分析。
According to the statistics of relevant institutions, the general situation of the wind power development both at home and abroad in 2008 is analyzed in this paper. With the wind power maintaining its momentum of development globally, the United States and China added the largest installed wind power capacities to their power grids in 2008, thus ranking the first and the fourth respectively in the world in terms of total installed wind power capacity. The installed wind power capacities tend to be further concentrated on the areas rich in wind power resources and the generating capacity per single unit continues to increase. It is suggested that more quantitative studies should be carried out on the transmission and consumption of the wind power.
