摘要 在国家倡导节能减排、科学发展的新形势下,小水电作为具有良好社会效益的能源类型,面临着巨大发展机遇。通过对重庆小水电特点的分析,提出了小水电接入电网的方案和优化流程,并对小水电站接入电网的效益进行了分析。有关分析有利于促进重庆实现小水电站接入电网的有效管理,对促进清洁能源的开发利用具有一定的参考意义。 According to China' s energy saving and emission reduction policies, small-sized hydropower stations, being a source of renewable energy with great social benefits, are welcoming enormous opportunities for development at present. Based on the analysis on the features of small-sized hydropower stations in Chongqing, this paper proposes schemes and optimized processes for connecting the hydropower stations with the power grid and analyzes the benefits of the connection. The study helps improve the effective management in realizing connection of the stations with the power grid in Chongqing, and it is of certain reference significance to the development and utilization of clean energy.
