摘要
在前期试验的基础上,该试验选用了东北泥炭、珍珠岩、蛭石3种基本基质材料,按照①东北泥炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=6∶3∶2和②东北泥炭∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=7∶1∶2的比例配成基质配方,并以丹麦进口泥炭作对照来研究不同基质配比对日本仙客来幼苗期生长的影响。结果表明:①号配比基质的栽培效果较为理想,其效果接近丹麦进口泥炭。
On the basis of our pre-experiments, this experiment was conducted to determine the effects of different sub- strates on Japanese Cyclamen seedling growth according to two proportional formulas: (1)the northeast peat : vermiculite : perlite=6 : 3 : 2 and (2)northeast peat : vermiculite : perlite=7 : 1 : 2, as well as imported Denmark peat as the control group. It showed that research result of Formula(1) was satisfactory, which was close to effect of Denmark peat on Japanese Cyclamen.
