摘要 以既有混凝土斜拉桥为研究对象,对其使用性评估方法进行讨论。应用层次分析法对于定性指标的各部件权重进行计算。在专家调查的基础上,构建两两比较判断矩阵,计算单一因素的相对权重,并进行一致性检验,最后用群组决策的方法计算所有专家的判断结果。基于.net Framework 2.0平台,以Visual Studio 2005 C#为开发工具,编制相应的评估软件。最后以某高速公路上一座单塔斜拉桥为例,对其进行相应的检测并做出评估。结果证明本文所提方法能够应用于实际桥梁工程的评估。 Taking the existing concrete cable-stayed bridges as research object, this paper discusses the assessment methods for serviceability performance of the type of the bridges and calculates the weight of various components of qualitative indexes, using the analytical hierarchy process. On the basis of the experts' investigation, the paper sets up two comparison judgment matrices, figures out the relative weight of a single factor and checks the judgment consistency and then calculates the judgment results of all experts by the group decision method. Further on the basis of .net Framework 2.0 aided by the powerful development tool of Visual Studio 2005 C# , the paper completes the compilation of the relevant software for the performance assessment. The results of the corresponding testing and assessment of an existing single pylon concrete cable-stayed bridge on an expressway prove that the method as provided in the paper can be applied to the performance assessment of practical bridges.
