摘要
报告67例大面积重度、特重度烧伤患者，经使用MEBT技术后，61例治愈的经验。指出正确使用MEBO，加强感染防治及全身支持治疗是大面积重度、特重度烧伤治疗成功的关键。
67 cases of exceptionally severe large area burn were treated with MEBT. 61 cases cured. The au-thors pointed out that proper appliaction of MEBO,systemic support and effective control of infections are very important in the treatment of exceptionallysevere large area burns.
