稀土配合物Eu(TTFA)_3的非线性光学性质的研究 被引量:1

摘要 我们合成了稀土配合物Eu(TTFA)3,并且用二甲基甲酰苯胺(DMF)作为溶剂将其配制成浓度为6.8×10-5mol/L作为待测样品,采用脉冲宽度为20ps,波长为532nm的激光束作为光源,对该样品的三阶非线性进行Z-扫描实验,测得Eu(TTFA)3溶液的非线性折射系数n2=5.6×10-19m2/W和双光子吸收系数β=8.1×10-13m/W。通过计算可得分子的三阶超级化率为2.5×10-30esu,对应于固体样品的三阶极化率x(3)为2.1×10-9esu。此结果表明Eu(TTFA)3具有较大的非线性光学特性。 Rare earth (RE) complex Eu(TIFA)3 was synthesized and its third- order optical nonlinearity was studied using Z- scan technique with 20 ps laser pulse at 532 nm. The sample is the dimethyfformamide (DMF) solution of Eu(TTFA)3 with the concentration of 6.8 × 10^-5 mol/L. We measured the nonlinear refractive index n2 = 5.6×10^-19m2/W and two - photo absorption coefficient 13 = 7.9×10^30m/W.The molecular third - order hyperpolarizability γ was calculated to be 2.5 × 10^-3 esu, corresponding to an estimated third - order optical susceptibility χ^(3) was 2.1 ×10^30 esu for solid - state material. All the results indicate that Eu(TFFA)3 has relatively large non- linear optical properties.
