摘要
利用催化剂的假密度、径向抗破碎强度、焙烧失重率和催化剂活性等指标在高压微型反应装置上评价了不同制备条件下制备的富CO2合成气合成甲醇铜基催化剂的性能。在实验室条件下对共沉淀法制备的铜基催化剂几个关键的制备条件进行了对比研究。结果表明,采用分步共沉淀法,在沉淀温度70℃~80℃,沉淀pH值为中性,焙烧条件320℃×4.0h的制备条件下,催化剂的性能最佳。
A series of Cu-based catalysts for methanol synthesis from CO2-rich synthesis gas were prepared with different methods and conditions, and their performances were evaluated in a fixed-bed high pressure microreactor by means of apparent density, radial crushing strength, ignition loss and catalytic activity. The results showed that the catalyst prepared by two-step co-precipitation at the temperature of 70℃ to 80℃, neutral pH, and calcination at 320℃ for 4.0h was the best.
