摘要
通过宏观检查、显微组织观察、化学成分分析、力学性能试验和断口分析等方法,对天然气压缩机连杆的断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:压缩机连杆的失效形式为疲劳断裂;断裂的主要内因是锻造后热处理工艺不当,导致材料的屈服强度和抗拉强度降低;外因是连杆在工作过程中承受循环应力作用,由于材料强度降低,就会在应力集中部位——螺孔、螺纹底径处萌生显微裂纹,并随着裂纹的扩展而发生疲劳断裂。
Fracture reason of the compressor connecting rod was analyzed by means of macro observation, optical microscope, chemical analysis, mechanical test and fracture analysis. The results show that failure model of the rod was fatigue fracture. The improper heat treatment process resulted in the decrease of yield strength and tensile strength of the rod. Micro-crack initiated at the boot of screw thread because of high stress comcentration during working process, propagated due to cyclic loading and finally caused the fatigue rupture of the rod.
