摘要
介绍了ATV用LJ276M汽油机台架系统构成及搭建,以及汽油机电控系统稳态工况参数标定的步骤。汽油机电控系统的控制参数-喷油脉宽和点火提前角是影响发动机性能的关键,通过对电控参数精细寻优标定后的电喷发动机进行台架试验,验证了加装精细标定后电控系统的发动机在动力性、经济性方面比原化油器式发动机均有显著提高。
The article introduces the constitute of LJ276M gasoline engine test bench system of ATV briefly. AT same time , the paramenter calibration procedure under the steady operating condition is discussed in detail. Because of the control parameter-fuel injection pulse width and ignition advance angle of electronically controlled engine is a critical factor which affects the engine performance, the bench test of the EFI engine which the control parameters was optimize calibrated meticulously was made. The test result shows that the EFI engine performance of dynamic, economical and exhaust emission have significantly improved compared to the original carburetor engine.
