摘要
获取和开发科学技术已经成为提高城市竞争力的一个基本驱动力量,培育一个城市的科技创新能力,也就意味着该城市获取了科技进步、经济繁荣的引擎。本文通过构建城市科技创新能力的指标体系和模型,计算出我国城市的科技创新能力得分,并与城市综合竞争力得分进行相关分析,得出的结论是:城市的科技创新能力与城市综合竞争力发展方向是一致的,由此给出提高城市科技创新能力的途径。
The acquisition and development of technology is a basic driving force on the improvement of urban competitiveness.The success of cultivation of a urban scientific and technological innovation capability means the city has obtained the access of economic prosperity of the scientific and technological progress.This dissertation calculates urban scores of scientific and technological innovation capability though constructing an index system and model of urban scientific and technological innovation capability,and gives some related analysis of city＇s comprehensive competitiveness scores.We can conclude that the urban scientific and technological innovation capability is in accord with the urban comprehensive competitiveness ,giving a channel to improve the urban scientific and technological capability for innovation.
