摘要
离子束生物技术作为一门新兴的交叉学科,为生物的遗传改良开辟了新途径。文章主要对离子束生物技术的基本原理及其特点,以及在植物和微生物育种上的研究进展进行了阐述,并对离子束生物技术的发展前景进行展望。
As the new interdisciplinary subject, the ion beam bio technology creates a new approach for the biological genetic improvement. Based on this background, the basic principles and advantages of ion beam bio technology , the achievement and the progress in the research of plant breeding and microbial breeding are reviewed. The prospects of its application to the biological breeding are presented.
