糖骨康对糖尿病骨质疏松患者骨代谢相关因子的影响 被引量:6

Effect of Tanggukang on the Correlation Factor of Bone Metabolism in Patients of Type 2 Diabetes with Osteoporos

摘要 目的:观察糖骨康对糖尿病骨质疏松患者骨密度(BMD)、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1 c)和血清骨钙素(BGP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)以及24h尿蛋白(PRO)、尿钙(Ca)、尿磷(P)含量的影响。方法:将139例糖尿病骨质疏松患者随机分为治疗组74例,对照组65例,治疗组服用中药糖骨康汤剂,对照组服用盖天力片,30天为1疗程,治疗前后检测BMD、FBG、HbA1 c和血清BGP、BALP、IGF-1以及尿PRO、Ca、P的变化。结果:治疗后两组BMD和血清BGP、IGF-1显著上升(P<0.05或P<0.01),FBG、HbA1 c、BALP和尿PRO、Ca、P含量显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组在升高BMD和降低BALP、尿Ca、P含量方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖骨康可降低糖尿病骨质疏松患者血糖,调节骨代谢相关因子,减少尿钙磷的排泄,减轻骨质疏松。 Objectior:To observe the effect of Tanggukang on bone density(BMD),fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),the content of bone gla protein(BGP),bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) in the serum and calcium(Ca),phosphours(P),Urine protein(PRO)in urine of patients of type 2 diabetes with osteoporos.Methods:139 cases patients of type 2 diabetes with osteoporos were devided into two groups,the treatment group(n=74)were treated by Tanggukang,and control group(n=65) were treated by Gaitianli tablet,with one treatment period of 30 days;The BMD,FBG,HbA1c,and the content of BGP,BALP,IGF-1 in the serum and PRO,Ca,P in urine were measured before and after treatment.Results:The BMD and BGP,IGF-1of serum increased significantly(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),and the FBG,HbA1c,BALP and the content PRO,Ca,P in urine decreased significantly(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01)in two group after treatment;The BMD and BALP of serum,and Ca,P in urine in treatment group is more improved than those of control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Through regulating the correlation factor of bone metabolism and blood-fasting sugar of patients of type 2 diabetes with osteoporos,Tanggukang could decrease excrete of calcium and phosphours,and prevent the osteoporos.
