摘要
根据齿轮重合度计算公式提出了增加齿顶高系数和减小压力角的齿轮降噪设计方案,建立了相应的大重合度齿轮接触有限元模型。通过对大重合度齿轮接触应力和运转噪声的研究发现,大重合度齿轮不仅性能可靠,而且传动平稳、噪声更低,宜在汽车变速器齿轮设计中推广应用。
According to the calculating formula of gear contact ratio, low noise gear design project that increased addendum coefficient and decreased pressure angle was put forward, and the gear contact finite element model with high contact ratio was also established. Through the study of contact stress and noise of gears with high contact ratio, it was found that not only the performance of gears was reliable, but also the drive was smooth and the noise was lower, and it should be applied to the design of transmission gears.
