摘要 并联压缩机组是商用制冷系统的"心脏",风冷冷凝器是将被冷却空间热量及制冷设备产生的热量释放到环境中的设备。为适应制冷系统对动力设备的监控要求,设计了以可编程逻辑控制器为核心的微电脑控制系统,合理地控制了并联压缩机组和风冷冷凝器的能量输出,同时能够实现故障报警、人机对话等操作。实际应用表明,该控制系统在商用制冷系统中具有一定的推广意义。 Parallel compressor unit is the "heart" of commercial available refrigerating systems; while air- cooled condenser is the equipment to release the heat from cooled space and the heat generated by refrigerating unit. In order to meet the monitoring requirements on equipment in the system, the microcomputerized control system with PLC as the kernel is designed. The energy output from parallel compressor unit and air- cooled condenser is controlled reasonably ; and the fauh alarm and man machine interface are also implemented. The practical operation indicates that the control system offers significance in commercial available refrigerating systems.
