企业新创期资源获取问题的研究模型 被引量:2

摘要 企业新创期包括企业形成以前的阶段和起始阶段,在此期间,能否获取关键的资源对于企业特别重要。但是,外部资源所有者往往因为对创业者能力和动机的不了解而不愿出让资源,为此,创业者必须克服这些障碍才能获得资源。通过分析和比较各种研究该问题的文献,本文提炼出了资源获取方式、创业者原有资源和创业者诉求资源等几个核心概念,并在此基础上提出了一个整合模型,系统地勾画了对企业新创期资源获取问题的研究思路。
