精神分裂症患者与正常人WAIS-Ⅲ测试结果比较 被引量:13

A Comparison Between Nonclinical and Schizophrenia Sample on the Results Measured by WAIS-Ⅲ Chinese Version

摘要 目的:比较精神分裂症病人组和正常成人组在WAIS-Ⅲ中文版的得分是否有显著差异。方法:114例精神分裂症患者组成的病人组和114例健康成人组成的正常组分别给予WAIS-Ⅲ中文版的施测。结果:除了言语理解因子以外,病人组和正常组在三项智商以及其他三个因子上的得分都有显著性差异(P≤0.05)。效应量显示出两组在言语智商具有较小程度的显著差异,在操作智商、全量表智商,知觉组织因子和工作记忆因子皆具有中等程度的显著性差异。而在处理速度因子上具有较大程度的显著性差异。在分测验上两组也体现出与因子相对应的差异显著程度。结论:精神分裂症病人存在认知功能损害,尤其在工作记忆和加工速度方面损害严重。 Objective: To compare the performance of two study samples on WAISⅢ Chinese version. Methods: A sample of 114 inpatients with schizophrenia and a sample of 114 closely-matched nonclinical adults in China's Mainland were studied with the measures of WAIS-Ⅲ Chinese version. Results: The scores of patient sample exhibited significant difference from those of healthy adult sample in all three IQs and other three indices in addition to Verbal Comprehension Index (P〈0.05). The result of effect size indicated small-degree significant difference between two samples in VIQ, medium-degree significant difference in PIQ, FSIQ, POI and WMI and higher-degree significant difference in PSI, as well as in corresponding degree of significant difference in subtests. Conclusion: Schizophrenia patients have deficits of cognitive functions,especially in working memory and processing speed.
