摘要
用溶剂萃取苦楝籽油中的游离脂肪酸,以降低其酸值。通过试验得到的最佳工艺条件为:以甲醇为溶剂,油与甲醇的料液比为1∶2.0(W/V),萃取温度35℃,萃取次数5次,每次萃取时间10 min。在最佳工艺条件下可将溶剂提取的苦楝籽毛油的酸值(KOH)从5.08 mg.g-1降低到0.55 mg.g-1,能够达到制备生物柴油对油品质的要求。该工艺与常规的碱炼降酸相比,操作简单,毛油炼耗大大降低,且萃取后的甲醇可回收再利用。
Solvent extraction was used to extract free fatty acid in Melia azedarach seed oil to reduce the acid -value of the oil to make biodies. By the single factor and orthogonal experiment, the optimum extraction conditions were established: the seed oil was extracted by absolute methanol at the ratio of oil to methanol 1 : 2.0 under the temperature 35℃ for 5 times with the extraction time 10 min each time. The acid value of the oil reduce to 0.55 mg · g^-1 from 5.08 mg ·g^-1 after the extraction, which could meet the demand of the oil quality to convert biodiesel.
