摘要
目的:探讨如何带教4号性格的学生。方法:针对4号性格学生特点,因人施教。结果:学生在实习的中后期能够有效地控制情绪波动,较好地完成各项学习任务。结论:了解学生的性格特点,有利于更好地完成临床护理带教工作。
Objective:To investigate how to teaching the students of Type Four character. Methods:For personal character,the person teaching. Results: In the latter part of practice, students can be effectively to control their emotions, and better to complete the task of learning. Conclusion:Understand your students character, will contribute to better accomplish clinical care with the work.
