摘要
目的:探讨骨折患者在住院期间对健康教育知识、方法的需求。方法:采用问卷调查方法对128名住院骨折患者于入院后2~3 d和出院前1 d以访谈形式随机进行调查。结果:患者对健康教育方法的需求具有多样性,对健康教育知识的需求具有倾向性和规律性,但也存在一些误区,有待于护理人员的正确引导。出院后对康复锻炼指导、复查的时间、方法及心理调适技巧等健康教育的需求均受到欢迎。结论:护士开展健康教育时,要根据患者对健康教育需求的特点有针对性地进行,才能使健康教育落到实处。
Objective: To explore the needs of fracture patients for health education. Methods: 128 patients were investigated 2 - 3 days after they hospitalized and I day before they discharged by using a serf - designed question naire. Results : The needs of fracture pa- tients for health education were various and showed some tendency. Patients were lack of knowledge about fracture and have some mis- understanding of cognition of self - care, exercise after fracture and soon. the need for resuming exercise instructions out of hospital and for training on re -examination and psychological adaption are welcomed. Conclusion:Nurses should perform health education according to patients' needs.
