全系膜切除术在直肠癌根治术中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 全直肠系膜切除术(total mesorectal excision,TME)可明显降低局部复发率,正作为一种标准的直肠癌根治术被越来越多的外科医生所接受。笔者就全直肠系膜切除术(TME)的临床、解剖、病理因素及其并发症作一综述。
