姜黄素对肝纤维化大鼠肝组织Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ型胶原的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Curcumin on the Type Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅳ Collagens of Liver Tissues in Rats with Liver Fibrosis

摘要 目的观察姜黄素对肝纤维化大鼠肝组织Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ型胶原的影响。方法四氯化碳加酒精制备大鼠肝纤维化模型,设正常对照组、病理模型组、姜黄素小剂量组、姜黄素中剂量组、姜黄素大剂量组、γ-干扰素组、复方鳖甲软肝片组。治疗结束后肝组织作HE染色、胶原纤维染色、网状纤维染色观察肝组织纤维化程度;免疫组织化学方法(SABC法)检测肝组织Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ型胶原的含量。结果和病理模型组比较,姜黄素大剂量组大鼠、姜黄素中剂量组大鼠SSS计分值明显降低(P<0.05),肝组织Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ型胶原含量明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论姜黄素能够降低肝组织Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ型胶原含量,降解肝组织Ⅰ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ型胶原,具有治疗肝纤维化的作用。 Objective To study the effect of Curcumin on the type Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅳcollagens of liver tissues in rats with Liver Fibrosis. Methods An animal model of liver fibrosis was made by subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride and ethanol orally and randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, small curcumin group, middle curcumin group, large Curcumin group, y - interferon group and Compound Biejiaruangan Tablet group. The degree of liver fibrosis was detected by H. E. staining, collagen fibre and reticular fibre staining. The contents of type Ⅰ , Ⅱ and IV collagens of liver tissues were detected by immunocytochemistry SABC method. Results The results showed that SSS scores in large and middle cureumin group were significantly lower than that of model control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and so did the content of type Ⅰ,Ⅱ and IV collagens of liver tissues. Conclusion Curcumin can degrade the type Ⅰ , Ⅱ and IV collagens of liver tissues and promote the recovery of liver fibrosis.
