摘要
在按照我国89系列规范设计的钢筋混凝土高层建筑"烂尾楼"中,某些已封顶或未封顶的结构因使用功能的改变而需进行改建,若采用现行规范复核则结构的抗震构造通常不满足规范要求。文中对某已建成地下2层和地上2层的26层钢筋混凝土高层建筑引入基于性能的抗震评估与加固方法,以结构层间位移、构件变形限值和结构损伤指数作为性能目标,进行基于构件意义上的结构弹性、弹塑性静力和动力分析,论证了该结构在不加固的情况下能满足抗震设防目标。
The uncompleted reinforced concrete high-rise buildings designed according to the 1989 series Chinese codes need to be rebuilt for function alternation. It's usually found that the details of seismic design dissatisfy with the current 2002 series codes. In this paper,the performance-based seismic evaluation method is introduced to prove the criterion of "no damage under frequent earthquake, repairable under moderate earthquake, no collapse under severe earthquake" for a 26-story reinforced concrete structure in the case of without strengthening the details, which has been built 2-story basement and two stories over ground. For this method, the elastic and elastic-plastic static and dynamic analysis have been carried out by considering story drift ratio, deformation of component and damage index as performance targets.
