摘要
宁波市规划局自1994年开始进行研究GIS技术在规划领域的应用,于1999年开始建设宁波市规划管理信息系统并投入应用,迄今为止已建立了近2万个案卷的项目信息。本文简述了宁波市规划管理信息系统的建设历程,详细介绍了系统软硬件及网络运行平台的架构、城市规划空间数据库的组成、业务系统的功能建设等情况。
Ningbo Planning Bureau has been researching the GIS technology in the application of planning domain from 1994 ,then it developed Ningbo UPMIS based on window and Mapinfo platform. And so far it has built about ten thousand cases＇s item information. This paper describe briefly the development and application of GIS technology in the field of urban planning in China, and it analyzes the application demands of GIS technology for planning and management under China urban planning system, Taking the development and use of Ningbo UPMIS as an example, this paper describes particularly the composition of the urban planning spatial database, the net framework for running UPMIS, the dynamic construction of workflow in integrating graphics and text and its application situation in Ningbo UPMIS activities.
