摘要
对湖南某闪锌矿进行了选矿试验研究。研究了磨矿粒度、捕收剂种类及用量、活化剂用量对选别效果的影响,结果表明,磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占68.2%,使用丁基黄药为捕收剂,硫酸铜为活化剂,一粗三精一扫闭路流程可获得锌精矿品位61.88%、回收率90.02%的较佳的浮选指标。
Research on the mineral processing of a sphalerite ore in Hunan was carried out, while the influence of the grinding fineness, collectors and their dosage, and, activator dosage on the flotation efficiency was investigated. Using butyl xanthate as the collector and CuSO4 as the activator, fixing the grinding fineness of -0. 074 mm range as around 68.2%, and following a flowsheet consisting of one stage of crushing, three stages of cleaning and one stage of scavenging, zinc concentrate with a grade of 61.88% and a recovery of 90.02% can be obtained.
