摘要 为分析我国轮轨技术条件下LMa、S1002和XP55高速轮对型面特性,进行了稳态轮轨非赫兹滚动接触计算和车辆-轨道系统耦合动力学计算。非赫兹滚动接触计算表明:LMa型面轮对接触斑面积大,压力平坦,接触应力、轮轨接触面滑动量和摩擦功较小;S1002型面在轮对小幅横移时接触斑面积最大,但随轮对横移量增大迅速减小,接触斑压力起伏较大,接触应力、滑动量和摩擦功最大;XP55型面接触斑面积小,接触斑压力、接触应力、接触斑滑动量和摩擦功高。车辆-轨道耦合动力学仿真表明:LMa型面的车辆蛇形运动临界速度最高,S1002型面最低;LMa型面曲线通过性能最优;轨道随机不平顺激励下,S1002型面轮对横向晃动最大,S1002、XP55型面可出现轮缘接触现象;3种型面与钢轨形成的接触区域均很狭窄;XP55型面动态脱轨系数瞬态值较高。结果表明,S1002型面不适用于我国1 353 mm轮对内侧距,XP55型面性能欠佳,LMa型面最好。 To investigate characteristics of high-speed wheel profiles LMa, S1002, and XP55, under Chinese wheel-rail technical conditions, the calculation of steady state wheel-rail non-Hertzian rolling contact and vehicle-track coupled dynamics simulation is carried out. Non-Hertzian rolling contact calculation indicates as follows: The LMa profile forms big contact patches, evenly distributed contact pressures, low contact stresses, small slides and small frictional work; the S1002 profile generates the biggest contact patch with small lateral wheelset displacements, but as the displacement increases, the contact patch reduces quickly, the contact pressure gets unevenly distributed, and the contact stresses, slides and frictional work reach the highest; the XP55 profile makes small contact patches, and high contact pressures, contact stresses, slides and frictional work. Vehicle-track coupled dynamics simulation shows as follows: The LMa profile possesses the highest critical velocity, the S1002 profile the lowest; the LMa profile exhibits the best curve-negotiation performance; subjected to random track irregularity excitations, the S1002 profile wheelset generates the largest lateral displacement, the S1002 and XP55 profiles probably incur flange contact actions, all the three profiles get narrow running bands on the rail profiles, and the transient derailment coefficient of the XP55 profile exceeds the safety criterion. These indicate that the S1002 profile is inapplicable to the wheelset back-to-back distance 1 353 mm, the XP55 profile relatively better, and the LMa profile the best in performance.
