摘要
ICP-AES法测定铁镍合金中的铬、钴、锰、钼,同时对仪器各项参数进行优化,采用基体匹配法克服基体干扰,通过选择合适的分析线和调背景消除共存元素干扰,方法应用于实际样品分析,精密度好,检出限低,回收率高,测定结果与AAS法的测定值相符。
Use ICP-AES to determinate chrome, cobalt, manganese, molybdenum in iron-nickel alloy, and the parameters of the equipment have been optimized. The matrix matching method is used to overcome the matrix interference. Choose the appropriate analysis lines and transferring background to eliminate the interference of the coexist elements .When the method is applied to the actual sample analysis, the precision is good, the detection limitslow and the recovery rate is high.The ICP determination results agree with the AAS determination results.
