交替并行模数转换器系统通道的失配误差

Channel Mismatch Effects in Time-Interleaved A/D Converters

摘要 研究交替并行模数转换器(TIADC)系统的带宽失配误差效应,并在此基础上,推导出结合4种通道失配误差和量化误差的信纳比(SINAD)的数学表达式。这些公式能够为消除TIADC通道失配误差提供理论依据。最后,通过仿真验证了公式的有效性。 Bandwidth mismatch effect in time-interleaved A/D converter (TIADC) is studied. Formulas of the signal-to-noise-and-distortion ratio ( SINAD ) for combination of four different channel mismatches and quantization errors are proposed. The derived formulas can be used for calibration to compensate for the channel mismatch effects. Simulation results are presented to verify the formulas.
