摘要
在分析协同制造工作原理、需求和实现技术的基础上,提出任务排程、配置管理和协同控制的系统总体架构及相应的功能。制定出协同制造任务配置管理模型、人员配置管理协同策略与任务计划、任务执行和检查阶段中的业务过程和人员的协同控制方法,使得盟主与外协厂商间能够快速、有效、协同地一起完成生产过程。
By analyzing the principle requirements and implementation of collaborative manufacturing (CM), this paper proposes general system construction, the corresponding function of task planning, configuration management, and collaborative control. A series of tasks can be accomplished including management modeling of collaborative manufacturing in task allocation, collaborative strategy of personnel allocation management, task planning, task implementation, business process, and collaborative control of personnel during the reviewing phase. This enables the leader of alliance (LA) and out-manufacturers (OMs) to work together and complete production process with high efficiency and speed.
