摘要
本文对多元化相关领域(包括多元化动机的理论解释、多元化的好处与成本、多元化与企业价值的关系等)的文献进行了较为系统的综述,并在述评国内研究现状的基础上,对我国多元化主题的后续研究进行了展望。
We survey the literature on corporate diversification,including theoretical explanation on its motives,its benefit and cost as well as the relationship between diversification and firm value.Based on the review,we also provide some perspectives on the future research in this field.
